Appointment Policy
-Clients must book appointments in advance (walk-ins may be allowed based on availability).
-Arrive on time to avoid overlap and ensure proper sanitation between clients.
-Notify the salon of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

Hygiene Requirements
-Clients must reschedule appointments if unwell, especially if experiencing symptoms of
-Fever
-Cough or cold
-Skin infections (e.g., contagious rashes)
-Notify staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect treatment.
 
Personal Belongings
-Limit personal items brought into the salon.
-Keep phones, bags, and coats in designated areas if requested.
 
Children and Guests

-Children should not accompany clients unless they are also receiving services.
-No additional guests unless prior arrangements are made (e.g., for assistance).
 
Respect and Conduct
-Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy.
-Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
-Follow instructions provided by staff regarding safety and treatment procedures.
 
Payment and Services
-Ensure payment is made as per the salon’s policy (some may be contactless only).
-Inform staff in advance of any special requirements or requests.
 
Aftercare and Reactions
-Follow all aftercare instructions provided after treatments.
-Report any unexpected reactions or issues to the salon immediately.
