New Procedures

The wellbeing of our clients and team is the most important thing to us. We have set out new procedures to make sure we provide an extra clean, healthy and safe salon environment.

Salon Procedures

We will continue to maintain an extremely high level of cleanliness and personal hygiene. Our team will wear shields, masks, gloves and aprons. We will ask our team to get tested if they have Covid-19 symptoms.

Client Information

  • We kindly ask all clients to wear masks to their appointments

  • Clients must wash their hands when they enter the salon and before they leave

  • If clients have symptoms or feel unwell they must call or email to cancel their appointment

  • We ask clients to minimise the use of the salon toilets where possible

  • Clients must not touch any of our nail artists’ equipment and polishes

  • We would prefer card payments at this time

  • Clients must let us know if they have any medical conditions which may put them at higher risk being in the salon environment 

  • We ask clients to not bring children or guests to appointments where possible, with the exception of care workers

  • We ask clients to minimise the use of mobile phones during appointments and try not to bring coats/bags where possible

  • We will not be serving any drinks however clients are free to bring their own to their appointment

  • If a client is more than 10 mins late we will not be able to do the treatment (due to the new restrictions) but they may still be charged.

 

Payments

We will now take card details via our booking system which will automatically charge 30% for late cancellations (less than 2 hours prior to appointment) and 50% for no show appointments.
